DESCRIPTION:La Société d’histoire de Toronto proposera le 11 juin 2026 une conférence théâtrale consacrée au manifeste Le Refus global et à son principal signataire, le peintre Paul-Émile Borduas. La soirée sera animée par Christian Bode, accompagné d’acteurs, au théâtre de l’Alliance française de Toronto.\nÀ travers cette présentation mêlant histoire et théâtre, le public replongera dans le Québec de 1948, marqué par la publication du manifeste Le Refus global, un texte revendiquant une libération sociale par l’art.
